It is the policy of DanVac, Inc. not to disclose any nonpublic information obtained in the course of our business except as required or permitted by law.  Permitted disclosures include, for example, providing information to our employees, sales representatives, and in some situations, to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist us in providing products, services and information to you.

Further disclosures of nonpublic information about you may be disclosed:

  • In order to comply with a validly issued and enforceable subpoena or summons
