Before you can send your DanVac pump in for evaluation, service, trade-in, upgrade, etc., you need to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. For policy reasons, as well as health and safety concerns, our service and support staff can issue an RMA number only after a "Request for RMA" has been completed and received, via fax, at our office. The process is easy and takes just a few minutes. Please follow these
